Nineteenth Hole Special

While staying at the Lufra Hotel relax and enjoy a weekend of golf playing a round at two of the best nine hole courses in Tasmania. Both courses are only a twenty minute drive from the hotel and offer spectacular sights along the way.

Note: the club hire and green fees charge entitles you to unlimited rounds playable on the same day.

Tasman Golf Club
The Tasman course is situated on the cliffs overlooking Tasman Island and Cape Pillar where the land meets the sea in vertical cliffs of 280 metres. This course holds one of the most testing par threes where you are required to hit over Cameron’s Chasm, a cut in the cliff face that can claim the ball of even the most experienced golfers.

Murraville Golf Club
Situated behind the township of Dunalley with expansive views over Norfolk Bay, Murrayville is a testing nine hole course with several water hazards, tree lined fairways and a magnificent nineteenth hole. This course will challenge all comers and is currently being maintained by a team with over thirty years green keeping experience between them.
