Arriving/leaving

  • Check-in time starts at 2 PM
  • Check-out time is 10 AM
  • Free self-parking
  • Smoke-free property
  • The front desk is open daily from 8 AM - 8 PM
  • If you are planning to arrive after 8 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation.

Required at check in

  • Credit card or cash deposit required
  • Government-issued photo ID required

  • Pets not allowed

  • Free WiFi in public areas
  • Free WiFi in rooms

Weddings & Event Policies

  • A 10% deposit is required to secure your event, fully refundable to 3 months before the wedding date.
  • Numbers must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to the event, those numbers advised will be the chargeable numbers unless otherwise negotiated and documented by Lufra.
  • Final Payment is to be completed no later than the day following the event.
  • Children’s meals. Unless previously arranged all meals are costed as adult meals and will be charged out as such regardless of age or the specific requirement of a guest.
